Tesselaarsdal is a small town in the Overberg, where the streets are not named. Situated on the slopes of the Kleinrivierberg. Approximately 150 km from Cape Town and 25km from Caledon and 40 km from Hermanus. This gem has become very popular in the last two years by exhausted city dwellers who come here where the sun and beautiful nature regain your energy.
The area offers beautiful hiking trails, mountain bike trails and horse riding. Weekend visitors have become an important source of income for weekend stays at the beginning of the Heaven and Earth valley with its wine routes.

The Houtcabin is located on the west side against the side of the village, in the middle of all the activities. It is very private and one of the most popular weekend getaways in the area. The wooden cabin with the welcoming stoep offers two large bedrooms, one with en suite and the second with bath and basin. Another bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, large kitchen and Store room. Then there is also an outdoor shower where you can shower under the stars. On the patio is a braai and pizza oven. The combination of rustic and luxury adds to the atmosphere. All services have been supplied, water, electricity and the building plans are available.
With the property conveniently located next to the village, the Klein River runs approximately 30 -- 40 meters from the house. A pretty little garden and there is also a vineyard with three different cultivars. No one can build in front of you and there are two open plots on the sides of the property. (One plot is for sale if you want to expand).
