A newly renovated and fully furnished four bedroom, three bathroom cottage on a large plot with established trees, built-in braai and single garage (with double carport). Available 1 Feb for up to 6 months.

The house features a cosy open plan living room with wood burning fireplace, newly installed kitchen (electric hob/stove, dishwasher and washing machine) with built-in braai on the north west facing patio through a sliding doors. There are two large bedrooms with cupboards and two smaller bedrooms. Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the two smaller bedrooms have sliding doors to the backyard.

A lovely old-fashion front stoep is the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The property is enclosed with a wall and palisade inserts and access is through an automated gate.

The house is fully furnished and the rental includes wifi, the alarm system, garden service once every two weeks and a house cleaning once a week (laundry is not included in this service).

Electricity is pre-paid (not included in the rental).

The property is pet friendly, per the strict discretion of the landlord and a maximum of two (well trained) dogs are allowed. There is a raised vegetable garden in the back yard and it is the owner's goal to grow a lush lawn and beautiful garden in general, therefor dogs that dig won't be suitable at this property.
