Extensive grounds, fully walled and surrounded by neighbours on all sides. Enough space to play, roam, garden, to be alone or with a hundred people, and even to build another house.
If you're an entertainer, you have a huge pool area, a jungle gym for the kids, a built-in braai and enough space for everyone to move around and feel free. The main lounge is big enough for a tipsy dance party with a guest bathroom attached. And parking is covered: Around the back of the house, out of view of the road, and fully secured, is space for at least a dozen vehicles.
The kitchen is light, airy and fully equipped, ready to serve the lounge on one side, or the intimate dining room on the other.
The soft lounge is my favourite room. With a fireplace, and a comfortable, elevated reading nook, I could live here. Beautiful finishes, beautiful light.
From the lounge or dining room, though a whimsical circular entry hall, we move on to the bedrooms, each with their own personality. Two of the rooms have their own en-suites and two have an office or study space separate from the sleeping space. The main bedroom and most of the other bedrooms open onto the pool area and one onto the enclosed back courtyard.
The granny flat is fully equipped with kitchen, large bedroom, and lounge. Or even two bedrooms if you need that.
Extra features include a borehole which feeds the entire house. Sellers have not used municipal water for years.

This is a uniquely beautiful home, with organic curves and lines that delight the eye. I'd love to see a large, lively family take advantage of everything that this offers.
