Second-floor corner with a full stretch of windows facing out toward the mountain — light moves through here pretty evenly across the day. Layout’s open, but there’s enough room to shape things out if needed. Access is via lift, and there’s a balcony just off to the side that gives a bit of breathing space. There’s backup power in place and fibre’s already in, so basics are sorted. There’s also some allowance available if adjustments to the interior are needed down the line.
The building sits in the Plattekloof stretch, close to the retail centers— a few food spots and daily errand-type stops just across the way. Basement parking under the building, elevator up, security around the clock. It's just off the N1, so getting in and out isn’t a hassle whether you're heading into town or the
northern belt. The rest of the block is fairly quiet during the day.
