*Land size and boundaries*
The size of the farm is 23 hectares, 8 hectares of which is fenced off with an electrical fence and the other 15 hectares is also fenced off, but that fence is not electrified.
The farm is in the shape of a rectangle with different neighbouring farms to the North, East and West of the farm. The land neighbouring the farm's Southern border belongs
to Transnet, certain areas of which are rented out to other farmers from the local community. There are dirt roads running along all of the farm's borders. The farm's main entrance gate is located in the South-West corner of the farm, with two secondary gates at the Northern outer and inner perimeters. These latter two gates are not in use.

*Types of crops or livestock*
There is no livestock on the farm, neither has it ever been used for livestock.
In the past the farm was used as a mushroom casing manufacturing farm, a citrus tree nursery, a composting farm and a flower farm (all running concurrently).
Subsequently the following crops were grown on the farm - Hemp (Cannabis) and vegetables (mainly cabbages, spinach, lettuce, brinjals, cucumbers).

*Water sources and irrigation systems*
The farm has three boreholes. One is active, providing 10,000 litres of water per hour. The other two boreholes are not equipped and not active. One of these two inactive boreholes can give
1,000 litres of water per hour when equipped. The main borehole (10kLt/h) provides water for irrigation and domestic use. The water from this borehole is potable.
There are mother-lines to get water to all of the tunnels and to the two nethouses. There is one 2,500Lt water tank which services the main house and staff quarters and a 5,000Lt back-up tank serving the main house and two outside taps.
There is one 2,500Lt water tank which collects rain water from the main house's roof.
Then for irrigation and/or fertigation the following water/fertigation storage tanks are on site:
