Farm for Sale in Karino

This unique property is situated very close to the KaNyamazane main road which links Nelspruit to Karino, and has access to the main (tar) road via a farm road of approximately 500m. The focus point of this property is the lovely dam which is positioned in the middle of this property. This is also the main attraction; there is a canal from the White River which feeds the dam to maintain the water level. There are beautiful huge indigenous trees on the White River banks. The White River forms the left boundary line of this property and on the northern side is a hill. It offers excellent building sites for development. This is ideal for development in the leisure and tourism industry, or to develop luxury homes, a conference & training facility and Boutique hotel. This can become a recreational property to offer an array of watersports activities. The Panoramic views over the dam onto the mountains and developed commercial farms, is absolutely beautiful. There are no other structures on this portion of vacant land, an offers a clean canvas for development to the new owner.
