Farm for Sale in Marble Hall Rural

This 838 hectare farm consists of grazing camps and 105 hectares of pivot irrigation by 3 machines, with water pumped from the Eland river. The farm has a 51 hectare irrigation right from the river, this includes "flood pumping", which implies that once the river is running above a certain level, water can be pumped as needed, outside of the registered quota. The farm has a nice big holding dam, for this reason also. Farm is game fenced, and the pivots are also game fenced. Grazing camps with water points. Big shed, no house on the farm.
