TIMON
a brick chalet with a spacious bedroom accommodating a double and single bed with a shower, toilet and hand basin.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
the open plan communal kitchen is well equipped and also has a lapa and braaiwith a huge built in family diningtable, a breakfast bar, gas stove, ceiling fan and undercounter oven as well as a dishwasher. A separate storage room provide additional packing space. The wi-fi port is also located here.

The property is registered to a shell company and hence the company can be purchased (financial statements available) and there will be no transfer or registration expenses - merely a change of directorship. The whole transaction could be finalised within as little as 14 days.

A variety of fairly tame wildlife inhabits the farm such as giraffe, zebra, blouwildebeest, kudu, impala, klipspringer, duiker, waterbuck, blesbuck and sable.
