Limpopo

Limpopo Province, previously known as the Northern Province, is located in the far northern parts of South Africa. Sharing provincial borders with Gauteng, Mpumalanga and North West Provinces, Limpopo has become a favourite destination for travellers. The capital is Polokwane and is located in the heart of the province. Further north is Modimolle, Makhado and Musina. Other important towns include Phalaborwa, Thabazimbi, Tzaneen and Bela-Bela.

The Great North Road, an important route into Africa, runs through the centre of the province, inviting locals and tourists alike. Polokwane International Airport is the main airport and is supported by other local airports, such as Eastgate Airport in Hoedspruit, the Gateway International Airport in Polokwane and Kruger National Park Airport in Phalaborwa. In addition to the Kruger National Park, there are 54 provincial reserves and several luxury private game reserves found in the Limpopo Province. Be sure to invest in Hoedspruit’s villas overlooking the breathtaking scenery or beautiful mansions in Tweefontein, Polokwane or Bendor.

The province is a typical developing area, exporting primary products and importing manufactured goods and services. Limpopo, known as the "garden of South Africa" produces the majority of South Africa's fruits and vegetables. Extensive forestry plantations are also found in the region, including hardwood for furniture manufacturing. Large commercial and industrial properties in and around the developing areas are available for enthusiastic farmers and business leaders.

With the range of commercial and industrial properties for sale or rent available in the manufacturing areas, one can surely depend on major growth. This proves that Limpopo has a high potential for development, with resources such as mineral deposits, tourism, rain-fed agriculture, minerals and abundant labour offering excellent investment opportunities. Be a part of the developing and city life by renting or buying your affordable and cosy flat or town house.

With Limpopo’s diverse cultures, residents can live in harmony amongst the infinite scenic beauty, man-made attractions and mountainous landscapes and live the dream in their beautiful homes.
