Please note the following: The cottage is fully furnished so no furniture is allowed to be brought into the cottage and no furniture is to leave the cottage. Tenant must bring own linen. Electricity is prepaid and water is split between the 4 residents (2 main house and 1 in a second cottage). The owner only wants a single person so no couples.
