The rate of R 14,900.00 per month, is for Long term Rentals of 12 months.
Month to Month rentals can be arranged as needed with the Seasonal Rates as follows:
1 January - 31 March 2025 = R 21,000.00 p/m
April 2025 = R 16,000.00 p/m
1 May 2025 - 31st August 2025 = R 13,000 p/m
September 2025 = R 16,000.00 p/m
1 October 2025 - 31 March 2026 = R 23,000.00 p/m
Please note the rate above is inclusive of all amenities and utilities, namely Wi-fi, Linen & Towel Refresh, Weekly Room Cleaning and Water and Electricity.
