Month to Month rentals can be arranged as needed with the Seasonal Rates as follows:
1 January - 31 March 2025 = R 26,000.00 p/m
1 - 30 April 2025 = R 16,500.00 p/m
1 May 2025 - 31st August 2025 = R 14,000 p/m
1 - 30 September 2025 = R 16,500.00 p/m
1 October 2025 - 31 March 2026 = R 28,600.00 p/m
