Enter into the House on the Top Floor and enjoy the stunning views from all Rooms.
To the left is the Master Bedroom, Dressing Room and en-suite Bathroom.
There is a separate TV Lounge with a Gas Fireplace, flat-screen TV and Full DSTV bouquet.

The Indoor Dining Table seats 8 and has Stacking Doors leading to the Covered Patio.

Accommodation and Facility Checklist:
* The House has an Alarm System which has 24 hour monitoring connected to a local Security Company and Armed Response.
* There are external Security Beams.
* The Scullery offers: Bosch Appliances: Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Drier.
* Coffee Machine - peculator coffee. Please purchase ground coffee beans to use.
* Bed Linen, Bath Towels and Swimming Towels and provided.
* Beach Equipment: Beach Umbrella, two Beach Chairs and Cooler Box.
* Parking: Single Garage Parking.
* Non-smoking home.
* No pets allowed.
* There is one room upstairs which is locked and excluded from the reservation.
* Stairs lead down to another Living Area and two Bedrooms which are also excluded from the reservation.
* No one else will be in Residence during your stay and you will have exclusive private use of the Property.
* Should you wish to bring more Guests, kindly message and enquire first.
* There is a private Car parked in the Garage but is only stored and used by the Homeowners when they are here on Holiday.

* Rates excludes the cleaning lady's wages of R350.00 once per week. Extra days are optional and extra.
