Rental includes water, electricity and WiFi. A bed, desk, lounge chair, chest of drawers and a TV will fit into the living area. There is a small curtained off cupboard with hanging space. Up a couple of stairs, you enter the kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet.
The cottage is on a beautiful property in the centre of Hillcrest Park. There is a pool which the tenant is permitted to use. One open parking. On the property, is a main house and 2 other cottages providing good security but also privacy as the cottage is freestanding next to the garages.
Can be semi-furnished with a single bed, 2 plate
stove, fridge, TV stand/book shelf, small chair and all curtaining.
Perfect as a lock up and go, this cottage does not have plumbing for a washing machine.
Unfortunately no pets allowed.
