When even the garages are a talking point, where does one start? From the large, paved driveway on your left find a 6-bay garage with both front and back automated garage doors. The back door opens to a wash-bay, a garden storeroom and outside toilet. To the right of the driveway find a "toy garage" - home to your lifestyle toys for fun and adventure. The garages have some glass instead of brick walls, to show off your cars and toys.
When entering via the front door into the foyer find a cloak room on either side. There are 2 gas fireplaces
on either side of the foyer servicing the whole living area. The living area has staking doors that opens to the garden, with a view of the spectacular pool, sun deck and BOMA.
To the left of the foyer find a dining room leading to the open plan kitchen. Between these two spaces there is another gas fireplace. The dining room leads to the sun deck and formal garden which in turn leads to a covered and open patio with views of the 20-metre lap pool which is both functional and a thing of beauty. The covered patio has a built-in braai with counter tops on either side as well as a prep bowl. The open patio sports a pergola.
The large kitchen has space for a breakfast table and has an island with prep bowl doubling as a breakfast nook. It has a view of the formal garden which makes even the kitchen a space to spend time in other than the normal activities.
It has a walk-in fridge freezer leading to a walk -in pantry which leads to the laundry and scullery. Between the pantry and the laundry access 2 staff rooms with en suite bathrooms with shower. The bridge on the inside of the u-shape has a balcony that on the left ends in a large family balcony. It wraps around all the way to the right inside of the house.
The stairs to the right lead you from the bridge to 5 bedroom all with en suite bathrooms (3 with baths and 2 with showers). There is a PJ lounge servicing these bedrooms. The wrap around balcony ends to the right in a larger area that services all these bedrooms.
