Still for sale, the area might not suite everyone but it is not a crime area. Too many people living here. Zoned agriculture, smallholding, 6 houses on the property two of them in good condition others can do with a makeover, all rented out so no access into the homes. All been lived in. Income only R 8,000 a month. The land is 4.487 ha in extent, a farm. The property starts at the main tar road at the bottom of the hill and runs up the hill.
Internal access up the hill between homes but not used for long time. Electricity water and sewage all sorted here. There is farm servitude road over the farm for access to the neighbors. This only cuts one house off in the corner on the right bottom. Small brick block yard on site also rented space.
Traditional Indian area. There is primary school, bottle store, shop, houses, farms, a factory warehouse on this road so many uses. Direct neighbors are a farm and a stone quarry. River boundary and stream on site. This area does not suit everyone, there is no fencing but no problems, too many people living here and in day always some one here at home.
