As the names of the surrounding suburbs suggest, with their reference to ‘dale’, most of the area was once a farm, and Jukskei Park is, for the most part, an upper-middle class suburb given over to modern townhouses and older more sedate homes that lie on fairly big properties.

One of the major aspects in favour of staying in Jukskei Park is its access.
