Gas Geyser - gas to be refilled when bottle is empty
Potential tenants must have sober habits
Must respect the other tenants next door, as well as the landlord
To be considered, we require the following:
1. South African ID
2. Must have permanent employment for more that six months
3. Must be able to provide six months bank statements
4. Must provide six months pay slips
5. Must have traceable references
6. Must allow us to call
current or previous landlord for payment history
