Flatlet on the bottom floor of a house where you have your own entrance. This flatlet has a lovely big garden and is situated close to the Shopping Centre and the beach.

The flat can accommodate four people in total. The two bedrooms both have screed flooring, the one bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. They share a full bathroom, complete with shower, toilet, basin and bath.

The lounge is really spacious with a lovely fireplace and sliding doors that open up onto the garden.
Just outside the front door you have a patio with a weber and patio furniture overlooking the garden with the Village in the background.

There is no garage, but there is a parking space that is secured by beams.
