The lounge is well-sized with tile continuing throughout the unit. Leading on from the lounge is the sizable balcony with built-in braai. It's the best spot for your favourite cuppa in the morning while listening to and watching the birds.

Coming back through the lounge, you will find the full bathroom to the left that has a shower and separate bathtub. Across the passage is the double-sized main bedroom with ample cupboard space! Next to the bathroom is the second smaller bedroom.
