I looked at this house and I liked it...a lot. It is close to the golf club on a lovey level plot, facing east. One enters via the remote gate and onto the front patio. The lounge is spacious, bright and sunny, with a fire place and leads into the dining room. Off the dining room is the bright new kitchen and scullery. The dining room also leads to a patio and built in braai. There are two good size bedrooms, the main being ens suite and a full second bathroom. There is a huge double garage which is on remote, plus a store room/ study and shower. There are several tanks with water being pumped into the house.
