- Medical care and a sickbay which can handle small procedures with an emergency-bed which is available at all times.

- Newly built recreational hall for small functions and meetings at Garanzia Villas


The R1400 monthly levy covers the following:
- 24 Hour security and armed response
- Medical facilities
- All rates and taxes
- Garden services
- Maintenance on the outside of the unit
- Water usage
- Electricity on own expense, prepaid meters are however installed
- Access to a vegetable garden
- Access to fruit tree
