This lovely thatch home makes you feel you are on holiday every day. Set in a very pretty and well maintained complex . The unit is modern with lovely finishes . Downstairs offers 2 good size bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The magnificent kitchen offers loads of cupboard space. A ceramic hob surrounded by Caesar stone counter tops there is space for 2 under counter appliances and of course accommodates a Double door fridge. A Lovely " breakfast counter that easily accommodates 4 adults. This counter allows interaction with guests/family while whipping up your masterpieces. The tiled lounge, with it's wooden doors lead you out onto a lovely patio with steps leading down into a very pretty garden .

The unit has one covered and one open parking bay. The complex has a swimming pool which is fenced in to keep kiddies safe. There is a 12 hour security guard, the complex does not permit pets. Access is controlled by a intercom system.
