Entering the beautiful yard with its neatly kept garden its clear that its going to be hard to say no to this property.
Standing in the foyer its easy to imagine where you'll start putting your furnisher and planning what goes against the walls, then we step into the lounge area, spacious and a sky light for natural light is a strong point for this room, moving to the left of the lounge area we come into the tv room also a very spacious room with natural light. Coming back through the lounge we step into the dining room where there is a lovely AC unit and monitor for the CCTV surrounding the house, passing by we enter the kitchen with a lot of cupboard space and is quite spacious then we enter the scullery where the dishes get done and it has even more cupboard space too.
Lets go
down the hall where we find 3 bedrooms of which 1 is the main bedroom with its own in suite bathroom, the 2 bedrooms both have built in cupboards and are spacious the guest bathroom has a lovely bath and is neat. The main bedroom is larger and has a full bathroom.
When we walk back through the lounge we can go through the sliding door and step into a indoor braai area with its own cupboards and built in braai, its no doubt your house will be the favorite of all the family but there's one more great surprise when we step out of the braai area and walk into the Lapa, now this is gonna be a place where the man of the house can do the decorating, there is a built in bar & cupboards and in the opposite corner is a sizable jacuzzi! This is a win, winter and summer as there is no excuse here to not light a fire and have a relaxing time.
