This house is definitely for the Rose lover as the whole garden is full of Roses. Fortunately there is a boar hole that has been going from 1980 with a big tank and automated irrigation system to keep all of them irrigated.
There are 3 garages, 2 servants rooms and servants toilet/washbasin and shower. There is an additional study/office on the outside bordering on the patio. There is another study in the house with a door leading onto the front grass.
There is a built in jacuzzi leading onto the patio with a built in braai.
