The living area is open-plan with large glass doors and windows facing onto the beach and sea.
The kitchen is semi-separate with a fully equipped scullery. Stairs lead up to the children's TV room with bathroom.
There are three bedrooms - two which are sea-facing.

Main Bedroom: Spacious room with carpeted floors has a King sized Bed and full en-suite Bathroom. Bath, Shower and Toilet.   Enjoy the spectacular front-row views of the sea. Large glass sliding doors lead onto the entertainment deck.
Bedroom 2:  Sea-facing guest bedroom with lovely sea-views. Doors lead out onto the pool deck. X2 Single Beds next to each other.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds pushed together.

* The swimming pool is not safe for children who are unable to swim unaided.

* ±14 meter swimming pool and jacuzzi on the decked patio with a built-in gas braai. The pool has no net and no fence - not suitable for children who are unable to swim unaided.
