The expansive living space features an open-plan design seamlessly connecting the kitchen, lounge, and dining areas to a sun-drenched pool deck overlooking the beach and ocean. The dining area comfortably seats up to 12-14 guests and caters to both casual and formal dining experiences. Outside, the pool deck offers an alfresco dining space, barbecue facilities, a sparkling pool and an outdoor shower.

The home is over two levels and comprises three bedrooms, all en suite and with air conditioning. The living area, deck and main bedroom are on the higher floor and open directly onto the pool deck, offering uninterrupted views of the beach. The main bedroom has a king size extra length bed and an extra large TV.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with queen size beds, and extra large TV's, are on the lower or ground floor level.
