You will have the use of upstairs which consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - all en suite with attractive open kitchen, dining and lounge that open on to a covered balcony.
Downstairs is not accessible and will be used separately by the Owners. Separate outside entrance, not connected internally.
The complex has a lovely festive feel in holiday season.
Please note that you are required to use the owners domestic at least 3 days a week. The domestic is payable separately at a rate of R220 per day.
