The home is built alongside a rocky outcrop and the social areas, such as patio and boma are making the most of the views over these granite boulders framed by a rock fig tree.
The lounge is central to the 2 patio areas, one with the boma and the other patio takes you out to the swimming pool with reclining chairs and mountain views.
The kitchen is built in a rotunda, making it easy to serve out to the patio, lounge or separate dining area.
The master bedroom boasts a large bathroom with shower and double vanities, as well as a lovely outdoor shower.
The other 2 bedroom are on the other side of the house and share a bathroom with a bath, single vanity and outdoor shower.

The house is available for temporary break-away periods in the bush. This falls in perfectly well with the Raptors View Estate rules which do not cater for shorter overnight stays.
All stays on the estate need to extend over a minimum of 4 weeks and no exception can be made.

The house will be serviced once a week (this includes a garden sweep, pool maintenance and house cleans.
This service is included in the rental price.
Utilities, lease preparation, tenant registration with the estate and gate access card excluded from the advertised price.
