This compact house has everything a small family would need whether you are starting out or slowing down. This small complex of 4 houses is very welcoming and friendly. This particular house is set away from the road so is quiet and peaceful. On entry in the house from the patio is a very large living area that consists of the lounge area, dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen has granite tops, space for one appliance and an electric stove. Next to the kitchen is the door from the (automated) double garage, which is most convenient in the rain or when carrying groceries.

Down the small passage is the main bedroom and en suite bathroom, which has a bath, shower, loo and basin. Opposite that bedroom is the second bedroom, close by it the third bedroom and another full bathroom consisting of a bath, shower, loo and basin. All the bedrooms have laminate wood floors and look into the private garden.

Most of the house is tiled with light tiles making it a lovely bright home. The large patio has a built in braai. The wrap around garden has space for the pets and a secluded space to hang the washing.
