De Oude Schuur is a small security complex with only six duplex-style Units, with two remote-controlled security entrances and electric fences. Garage doors are fitted with electric remote-controlled roller doors and direct access to the house (kitchen).
Each unit also has one parking space in front of the garage.

Unit 2 has 3 bedrooms (with bic’s), and 2 full bathrooms, with one bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a large basin bath and two hand basins each. To ensure you will never have to shower cold, each Unit’s 200-litre geyser is connected to solar panels, also saving on your electricity bill. Hans Grohe fittings give the perfect finish to these large bathrooms.
Inside the front door of each house, in the entertainment/lounge area, is a guest toilet.
Making good use of space, the landing on the first floor is laid out and furnished with two built-in desks and hanging bookcases on the walls, to be used as a home office or homework/play space.
The kitchen and scullery are also fitted with Hans Grohe taps and a 900mm electrical stove with a 5-burner gas hob. A large ”island” provides plenty of work space and the kitchen is designed with the perfect triangle of stove-workspace-refrigerator. A useful food-preparation basin fits into this triangle.
