Sun, sand and sea.......That is what this property is all about. The current seller has owned this home for close to 30 years and that means something. You can see from De Kelders all the way to the new harbour - just depends which view your are in the mood for and if you prefer sunrise or an eduring sunset. Either way, they both greet you each and every day.
The upper level also has a small kitchen which links onto the dining area and an expansive open plan lounge area. The mountain views from the northern side are pretty impressive from the kitchen window and lets not forget the stunning little sunset patio. This is exactly where I would be on December 24, 23h59 and 59 seconds! If you do view this house, I will make sure you view in the morning and evening since each holds something to be seen and admired from that level of the property. Just for completion, the guest bathroom is perfectly positioned there too since you don't want to miss out on anything by leaving that space!
On the second level are all the bedrooms. The main-en suite and three further bedrooms. There is a large, full bathroom which is shared but not to worry, a third bathroom is available downstairs. I would use that one to wash off the sea sand and keep the mess and ice-cream stained t-shirts downstairs since it is located right next to the laundry area. The study, garages and laundry are all accessible and well positioned in the property. This is one garage in Voelklip that is not on the small side. The outdoor area is established, shaded and private. If the beach is crowded, a "stay at home" day will be most welcome. They will find you snoozing under the trees while the kids play in the garden. Then there is that first smell of the braai starting up - its actually what South African summer time is all about!!
