You have fresh drinking water from the mountains, and don't worry, you are not affected by load shedding because the house consists of a 8 kw inverter with 3 lithium batterie's as well as two gas geysers.
There are four bedrooms - one on the ground floor for guests, each with an en-suite and then three upstairs.
All the rooms are planned to the last centimeter... Where you can see the garden and mountain. The walk-in dressing room, in the main bedroom, is one of this home's gems. With it's backlight cupboards and shelves, and striking chandeliers, this pace feels particularly luxurious. It leads to the main bedroom and bathroom, which has a sizeable window that can open completely to make it feel as if one is relaxing outside in the garden. Overall, the use of natural lights paired with the variety of chandeliers and light fixtures, creates a living and working space that is serene and inviting.
Clean window dressings with straight lines and motorization for added convenience. Neutral and dark colours were used from Blind Designs block out and screen roller blind ranges, and linear valances were added at the top of the blinds to provide neat finishing's.
