Holiday Rental - Lovely 4 Bedroom home all on one level with a private garden, pool and patio. A quick drive to Plett's beaches.

From the street level: Parking Area. Security Gate leads to the front Door and Driveway Parking.

From the front Door, enter into the open-plan TV Lounge, Dining seating 8 and Kitchen.

Doors lead out to the covered Patio with Outdoor Chairs and Cushions overlooking the Pool and Garden.
The Indoor Dining Table seats 8.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Main Bedroom: Double Bed and en-suite Bathroom: Bath with Shower over the Bath and Toilet.
There is a TV connected to the DSTV and Doors leading out onto the Garden.
Bedroom 2: Double Bed.
Bedroom 3: Double Bed with Doors to the Garden.
Bathroom 1 (For Bedrooms 2 and 3 to share) : Shower, Toilet and Bidet.
Bedroom 4: X1 King sized Bed and en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Doors lead out to the Garden.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITY CHECKLIST:
* Basic inverter to run the Wi-Fi, TV and a lamp and charge devices.
* Two sets of bed Linen, Bath Towels are provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels.
* Please Note: This Home is not Baby, Toddler or small Child friendly due to the unsecured Swimming Pool.
* There is no Safety Net and no Safety Fence.
* A Cleaning Lady, may be available to work from 8 until 3.30pm. Please provide her with basic tea/ coffee and a light lunch. Her wages are excluded from the booking.
* X1 Flat-screen TV in the Lounge. DSTV Decoder including Smart Card available and included in rental.
* The TV in the Main Bedroom is connected to the DSTV.
* The Property is equipped with an Alarm System and has Electric Fencing.
* Cooking: 4 plate Gas Hob and Oven combo. Microwave.
* Kitchen equipped with X1 Fridge. There is a Fridge/ Freezer combo in the Scullery.
* Scullery is equipped with a Dishwasher.
* Laundry outside - top-loader washing machine.
* The bedrooms all have rechargeable globes.
* Weber Braai available for use.
* Parking: There are two Carport Parking spaces available and Driveway Parking for another 2 Cars.
* The Garage is excluded from the booking.
* X1 Gas Heater available for use during the cooler months.
* Pets allowed on request only.
* For those with allergies, please note that the owners bring their cats on holiday. While the house may be cleaned, there may be trace hairs.
* Strictly non-smoking Home, please smoke outside.


Payment and Booking Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
