The driveway leads up to the entrance and parking behind the garage. Enter from the front door into the courtyard area. There is one guest bedroom on the left which is access from the courtyard. The courtyard has an outdoor dining table seating 6. Enter through the front door into the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is a separate TV lounge on the right.

Large glass stacking doors open onto the covered patio – outdoor dining table seating up 10 with gas weber braai and fire-pit overlooking the pool and views of the sea.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a scullery. The indoor dining seats 8. The main bedroom is front-facing and offers sea views.

There are two bedrooms on the right of the house – the main which is sea-facing.

Main Bedroom: King bed with sliding door to garden with seaviews. En-Suite bathrooms: Bath, Shower, Toilet, and outside shower.

One cleaning lady available on request. Her rate is excluded from the booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring own swimming and beach towels and beach equipment.
