This house is well appointed in terms of household appliances and necessities. This contributes to a comfortable, peaceful and relaxed holiday. The cozy braai area that connects with the kitchen and living areas of the house is a convenient addition. The home's living areas work great for entertaining and family gatherings.

The house sleeps six people (3 x Double beds) and for an additional fee a fourth bedroom en suite is available on another level:
First level:
- Two bedrooms share one bathroom (shower, bath, sink and toilet);
- One bedroom en suite (bath, wash basin and toilet);
- Kitchen (gas hob electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer;
- Open plan reception and dining room;
- Lounge with balcony;
- Outside braai and entertainment area;
- Small pool and wooden deck.

Second level downstairs:
- Large bedroom en suite with its own entrance exit. Internal stairs provide direct access to the main residence.

Kenton on Sea, located between the Boesmans River and the Kariega River, offers beautiful beaches, namely Shelly Beach, Middle Beach and Kariega swimming beach, the latter boasting Blue Flag status.

25 Parker is located practically in the middle between the two beaches and is also walking distance to facilities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Kenton on Sea is a popular holiday destination with many activities for sea and nature lovers, surfers, kite surfers and rowers. Kenton is also close to Addo Elephant Park offering the Cannon Rocks Nature Trail (part of Addo National Park), Kariega Game Reserve, Sibuya Game reserve and many others.
