This lovely, spacious double story home, situated on a canal of the Royal Alfred Marina, in Port Alfred, offers safe and secure self-catering accommodation on the waters edge. Moore your boat, and step off your private jetty to explore the majestic Kowie River or Indian Ocean.
This home has three bedrooms in the main house and a flat that has an interleading door to make it a 4 bedroom home. The main house has a bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs both with ensuite bathrooms. The upstairs bedrooms open up onto a large balcony that overlooks the canal. Downstairs is a large open plan living area which includes kitchen and lounge. The stack doors open up to the patio overlooking the canal and the courtyard patio that is covered. There is a built in braai and a weber available for use. There is also a 2nd living area upstairs with a TV that is connected to DSTV. The flat has an interleading door to the upstairs lounge. The flat includes a bedroom with bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
The jetty is available for use. You can fish or swim off the jetty, or utilize the Marina swimming pools, tennis courts, and squash court.
Linen is provided. Cleaning can be arranged on request at your expense.
