This spacious 4 bedroom home offers it all. No power interruptions, water or internet interruptions. The home comes equipped with solar panels, batteries and an inverter. Rain water tanks feed the house in the event that there is no municipal water. Fiber internet available.
The open plan living area is downstairs and caters for everything. The area has a 10 seater dining room table, kitchen, scullery, lounge and TV and braai area. Braai area opens up onto a patio, outdoor jacuzzi and outdoor braai. Appliances include, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and a chest freezer. Additional items such coffee maker, blender, 2 plate gas stove are also available.
1 of the rooms is downstairs with a double bed. Bathroom downstairs consists of a shower, basin and toilet. The main bedroom plus 2 other rooms are upstairs. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and full en- suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have double beds. The loft room has 5 single beds and a double bed suitable for children. 2 additional bathrooms with are upstairs.
The loft room also has its own TV.
This property is overlook the island that is undeveloped.
Enjoys summer days going up and down the Kowie River. Private Jetty at the house available to moore your boat.

The Marina offers great security and outdoor living. Facilities available for guests to use include the swimming pool, tennis courts and squash courts.

The house is serviced daily by the owners domestic. Guests are to pay her daily rate of R300 per day directly to her, Large groups will require 2 ladies to assist with maintaining the house daily.
