The large Smart TV has Netflix etc. and tenants may log-in to their own DSTV account or alternatively use the property owner's at an extra cost. Note that the built-in braai in the living room is not in use.

The built-in braai next to the house is under-roof and has a canvas screen that can be pulled down if necessary to shelter against wind and rain. Three automated garages plus extra paved parking are available for residents.

Garden maintenance and wifi are included in the rental. Water & electricity usage will be charged monthly.

The property is available for short to medium term rentals of up to 6 months. Pets are not permitted at the property.
