Enter the front door to Open-Plan Lounge (TV andamp; DSTV), Dining Area (seating 8) and neat well-equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher and Drinks Fridge.
There is an outside Laundry (Washing Machineandamp; Tumbler Drier).
There is a separate TV Lounge with large flat screen.
Wooden stairs lead from the Lounge to the Main Bedroom.
Remaining Bedrooms are downstairs.
Doors lead out onto the covered Patio with outdoor Dining Table seating 6.
The Patio overlooks the Pool and Garden.

The Patio is tiled with large pavers and the Pool is decked.
There are two wooden Sun-Loungers.
The Garage is to the right and has the Weber Braai and a spare Fridge/ Freezer combo.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Main Bedroom upstairs: This Room has a Thatched Ceiling and Doors leading onto a spacious Balcony.
King Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Bath, Shower andamp; Toilet.
Bedroom 2: X2 Single Beds pushed together to make a King Bed. Doors lead to the Pool, Garden and Patio downstairs.
En-suite Bathroom: Shower andamp; Toilet.
Bedroom 3: X2 Single Beds. En-suite: Shower andamp; Toilet.
Bedroom 4: X2 Single Beds. Separate Bathroom: Bath, Shower andamp; Toilet.

Accommodation and Facility Checklist:

* There are Wooden Stairs leading up to the Main Bedroom. May not be safe for Babies and small Children.
* There is a portable inverter which keeps the TV, Alarm and wifi on during loadshedding. We have portable lamps.
* The Swimming Pool has a safety net – please let us know if you need it during your stay to ensure it’s fitted prior to your arrival.
* Bed Linen and two sets of Bath Towels are provided. One set of Swimming Towels are provided.
* A Cleaning Lady, Pinky is included in the rate for Weekdays only. Her hours are from 08.30 until 4pm. Kindly provide Pinky with basic tea/ coffee and a light meal. Pinky has her own access keys to the Property. Weekends and Public Holidays are optional and extra.
* The Property is fenced and is connected to an Alarm Company.
* Uncapped Wi-Fi included in the rate.
* Full DSTV included in the rate.
* Kitchen is equipped with a Microwave, 4 Plate Electric Cooking Hob and Electric Oven. One Fridge/ Freezer combo, one Bar Fridge and Dishwasher.
* The Laundry: This is an Outside Room and has a Washing Machine and Tumble Drier. Wash line is at the back of the Property.
* Parking is limited on the Property. One Garage Parking for one small Vehicle. Parking between the Garage door and gate is not long.
* Suited for one small Vehicle. There is a single Carport to the left of the Garage for one car or Trailer Parking.
* Braai and Outdoor Patio Table provided.
* The Braai may only be used on the lawn to avoid fat stains on the Wooden Deck and pavers at the Patio.
* There are two Safes available to keep valuables.
* Beach equipment: X1 Beach Umbrella, X2 Beach Chairs.
* Strictly Non-smoking.
* Strictly no pets allowed.
Rates: Low season : R2225.00 per night
Mid season: R2500.00 per night
Peak season: on request

Booking and Payment Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
