Enter from the Patio into the open-plan Living Area: This has an Indoor Dining Table seating 8, TV Area with Sofas and the Kitchen.
There is a separate Scullery – down a few Steps.
The three Guest Bedrooms are accessed from the Living Area. A few Stairs lead down to the front Door and Hallway.
Off from the Hallway is a separate TV Room. The Garage is to the left of the TV Room.
There is a Guest Toilet. Stairs lead up from the Hallway to the private Master Bedroom upstairs.
The decked Veranda has Outdoor Sofas and Chairs, a bench style Dining Table and a Braai which overlook the Pool and Lawn.

All Bedrooms have Ceiling Fans. Please note that due to the Beds, the House cannot sleep more than 4 Adults.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 2: Main Bedroom Downstairs: Queen Bed with en-suite Bathroom: Shower and Toilet. Doors lead onto the Veranda.
Children’s Rooms: Suited to ages 12/13 years and under.
Bedroom 3: Girls’ Room: X1 Wooden Bunk and X1 Single Bed. – Sleeps 2 max.
Bedroom 4: Boys’ Room: X1 Wooden Bunk and X1 Single Bed. – Sleeps 2 max.
