Rooibos Street is one of those wonderful streets that always seems quiet. It is a street off a street, so very little traffic. The house is close to a beautiful park and in general the neighbourhood is very peaceful. This is a face brick home with a tile making it low maintenance. It is completely walled in and has an electric fence on top. One of the key features of the home is that it that the front section that can be used in a few different ways. Currently it is almost used like a flat as it has a separate lounge, with a bedroom and bathroom. This in turn could be used as an extension of your entertainment area, as it has a lovely fireplace and T.V. connection then the bedroom can simply be a guest room. The main focus of the house is the Lapa/entertainment area that flows from the
kitchen, past the built in bar area out towards the deck and swimming pool, which in turn looks over a lush flat lawned garden. Three of the bedrooms, including the main bedroom, have big baye windows and are North facing. This ensure that they have plenty of natural light throughout the day. The fifth bedroom tends to be a bit cooler, but makes up for it by being very large and having a big window. The dining area, kitchen and lounge are separate. The double garage is in fact broader than average so there is extra storage or workshop space depending on your needs. It has everything to make a fantastic family home.
