On Entering the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen one is taken aback by the double volume ceiling and space. Doors lead out onto a veranda overlooking the East Kleinemonde river, the mouth and West River. A superb fireplace for those chilly evenings.
The lounge is comfortable and has light streaming in from both sides of the home. Off the dining area which is open plan there is a special area to sit while one makes a braai.
The kitchen leads into the entertainment area and is well equipped and has a separate small scullery.
The study is functional, one can work in there and still be part of the family as it has an opening onto the lounge area.

There are two other bedrooms on the next level . Downstairs is a self contained flat area which could be rented out as it has its own entrance. The flat has a lounge and small kitchen as well as two bedrooms. Ideal for an extended family.
Each bedroom has a door leading off onto small balconies.
Downstairs there is a large double garage with storeroom as well as an inverter and solar system. There are four tanks which feed the whole house with fresh water. All the windows are aluminium. The roof has been replaced.
