The Kitchen, Open Plan Living Area And Deck:
Walking under a carport through the backdoor entrance you step into a neat kitchen that is embellished with granite counter tops, modern built-in-cupboards and light grey/beige tiled walls. There is space for a dishwasher beneath the sink and the oven is below counter level as well. A breakfast nook counter corners off the kitchen from the open plan living and dining room areas.
Looking down this spacious room you will see two large windows at the corner of the living room. This elegantly takes advantage of the scenic views that are available as well
as bring in light to the whole room. A sliding door way takes you to a wooden deck balcony where you have an uninterrupted vantage point of the natural basin below.
The Main House Bedrooms And Bathrooms:
The main house has four bedrooms all of which are spacious enough it fit double beds in. The first one you come across is next to the living room. It is complete with open shelves and a raining for clothes and even a side sink. On the opposite end of the house are the other three bedrooms.
The layout is such that you walk through a room that is currently purposed as a bedroom to get to the last two bedrooms. The room you walk through, however, can alternatively serve as a second lounge or office space. The two far end rooms each have built in cupboards and are secured behind a burglar gate.
The house has two bathrooms. One of which comprises of a basin, shower and toilet while the other has a full basin, bath, shower and toilet.
The Flatlet:
Below the main house is a quaint flatlet that has an open plan kitchen and living area, a bathroom on one end (shower only) and a large bedroom on the other. The decking above provides a shaded patio making this flatlet sure way of generating income.
Other Features:
The property is fully fenced with an electric fence. There is a paved driveway and as mentioned there is a carport that is conveniently placed by the kitchen entrance so you don’t have to get in and out of your car if it is raining. The house has two storage rooms. Each on opposite sides of the house.
