REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.
We can assist in also arranging a in house chef , massages, tours, transport and babysitting.

This villa and the villa next to it can be rented out as a 12 bedroomed house (subjected to availability).
LOAD SHEDDING - temporary power outages.
The villa is equipped with solar-power and with a battery backup system which together power the entire house, except for the lift, air-con, heaters, stove/oven & jacuzzi, in times of load shedding. So during load shedding you still have full access to Wi-Fi, TV, lights and wall sockets, coffee machine, cooking facilities by means of 2 gas burners in the kitchen.
STAFF:
This home has a full time House Manager and Host who will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and they will be available should you need any assistance during your stay.
The villa also has two housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am to 16h00). Weekend cleaning services can be arranged at a additional fee. Pre-booking is required.
BREAKFAST:
Chef service can be arranged for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pre-booking is required.
LATE CHECK-IN FEE:
Please note there is a late check-in fee for check-ins after 8pm, payable to the property manager.
