The villa has spacious accommodation for up to 12 people. It's elegantly styled and most rooms have breathtaking views of the ocean and mountain, beautifully framed by
fully retractable glass doors and complemented by natural stone and wood tones creating a bespoke indoor and outdoor experience.

LOWER LEVEL
You can enter the house through the garage (3 parking places) or via the front entrance to a bespoke spacious hall with the glass elevator to each floor.

FIRST LEVEL
The first level hosts six bedrooms. Four out of six bedrooms have a direct access to the Pool Terrace with large L-shaped heated pool, sun-deck, outdoor shower and a magnificent ocean & mountain panoramic view.
The 2 other bedrooms are located in a quieter part of this level with a gym which includes a Sonos sound system, heavyweights, boxing equipment and a treadmill.
Separately on the floor is a cinema with a plush seating for 6 – 8 people, sound system and a PlayStation.

SECOND LEVEL
Spacious living area with lots of light and has floor to ceiling windows allowing you to fully enjoy the exquisite ocean and mountain views.
The living area has a comfortable dining table for 10 people seating. The large breakfast bar has seating for 4, the kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, Nespresso machine and a wine fridge, and separate scullery.

The most inviting part of this floor is a luxurious lounge area with couch seating for 8---10 people. This opens onto a large deck with lounge seating on one side and a small garden patio with an outdoor dining table for 10 on another side.

The second floor also has a study, perfect for relaxing, doing some work, watching TV, play some table games or the piano.
