Well located on the Vaal River in Parys, this is a beautiful property in pristine condition. It was proven very safe during the recent floods and you are therefore in a very safe river environment. Situated in an up-market environment, it caters for a pleasant visit and stay-over in the tourist attraction town of Parys. Around an hour's drive from the JHB area, guests could "stay over" here and still visit the city, game farms, river resorts, etc if needed. Rooms and an entertainment area surround the private Inner Court Pool where there is also a braai facility, all very private from the other surroundings. The pool has a very safe pool net/cover for safety situation requirements. As you enter the property, which overlooks the river, there is a big sundowner patio or just a relaxing
spot. There has been catered for some parking here but this area also features a boma-styled gathering place that could be utilized for groups or individuals just wanting to relax and observe the river environment. The property has some huge trees and there is abundant bird life.
Rooms are spacious and modern, all en suite and with their own character. Also featuring is a fully fitted guest kitchen if needed as well as a very big main kitchen, modern and fitted with granite tops. It also features a walk-in pantry. Other features include a lounge/TV room area, a backup water system, a huge generator to keep things going if power were to be problematic, a basement storage area, laundry, etc. Over and above room bathrooms, there are another 2 extra toilets and a servants room. All rooms are fitted with Air conditioners and TVs. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 flatlets, giving 8 "sleepers" in number, of which one is the bridal suite, and then the main room. Some parking bays are reserved for the front, whereas others are at the rear of the building. There are two spacious garages for vehicles and storage. Guest vehicles are within the fully walled property which is accessed via a remote-controlled electric gate.
