Upon entrance to the guest house, one is greeted with the most beautiful winding staircase and a picturesque glass window feature behind it. It is quite spectacular. There are a
few possibilities one can do with the entrance hall, namely one can use it as part of the Guest house entrance or one can close it off and use it as your private entrance. Up the stairs is the Owners' Private Accommodation, which includes a bedroom, office/TV Room, bathroom and best of all: the rooftop. The Rooftop has been reinforced and can be used for sundowners, BBQs or just relaxation. Downstairs, there is an additional Lounge area (for guests or private) which has its own large secluded courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped to run a guesthouse.
The Guests' Breakfast/Dining Area will be left with everything that is used in the Guest house "as is". This includes beautifully decorated tables and chairs, a Breakfast bar, a fireplace and a TV with a courtyard for an outside BBQ. The courtyard leads onto the Pool Area
The pool is spectacular in its features and position, ideal for basking in the hot summers under alluring Palm trees and seducing statues.
There are 3 family units which have their own entrance from outside onto the Pool Area:
# The first unit has its own entrance and can accommodate 4 guests as it has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom which includes a corner bath and shower. This is quite a large room with 2 rooms separated via an arch. This makes it perfect for a family of 4.
# The second unit also with its own entrance via the swimming pool area, can accommodate 5 guests and includes 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
# The third unit has a large bedroom with bay windows and an ensuite bathroom and can accommodate 2 Guests.
An additional room is available with its entrance via the Dining Hall. However, there are possibilities for restructuring this room.
The property also boasts a downstairs office/reception, and a beautiful manicured large garden.
The Palm trees and Cul de Sac gives this Guest house absolute privacy and tranquillity. There are also Building Plans for additional building units.
