* Affordability is approved when the applicant earns 3 x the monthly rental amount (Net)
* REVO & The landlord reserves the right to decline any application.
* Rental are non-negotiable.
* Feedback on applications can take up 72 working hours and the lease and invoice can take up to another working week to receive. Tenants will be contacted to schedule the inspection and key handover ONLY once the lease has been signed and payment has REFLECTED. Unfortunately we do not accept Proof of Payment (PoP), the funds must reflect. The inspection and key handover will take place between 24 hours and 72 hours after the funds have been received in full.
* In total, it can take up to 9 working days from submitting your application, to actually moving into the property. Planning accordingly will allow for the necessary steps to be taken ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
