We have 4 small Hangars to choose from. Purchase all 4 at R1 800 000 or purchase them individually or with a choice of two larger hangars. The sizes of these smaller hangars vary between 143 m2 to 157 m2. These hangars form part of the 7 sectional title units on the 4035 m2 main erf.

These units are for aviation activities only and are not for mixed use. There are two larger hangars with workshop and office space and a cottage consisting of a lounge, kitchenette, office, braai area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for R450 000. The 106 m2 cottage can be bought with any of the 6 hangars. The 4 smaller hangars each have their own loo and kitchen sink. These hangars and the cottage can all be purchased as a complete package.
